Thank you for using our products (“Products”) and services (“Services”). The Products and Services are provided by CSABA MIKLOS (owner of the TOP10LIST brand). By using our Products and Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Description
TOP10LIST is a professional company, offering services exclusively for online customers. This includes all services displayed on TOP10LIST.vip or offered privately to each client. TOP10LIST reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the availability of any service at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Using our Products
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Products. Don’t misuse our Products. For example, don’t interfere with our Products or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the user interface that we provide. You may use our Products only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Products to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct. Using our Products does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Products or the content you access. You may not use content from our Products unless you obtain written permission from us.

Using our Services

Your Content in our Products and Services
Some of our Products and Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content hosted on your domain. In short, what belongs to you stays yours. When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give TOP10LIST (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, store, communicate. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Products and Services.

Modifying or Terminating our Products and Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Products and Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Product or Service altogether. You can stop using our Products and Services at any time. If we discontinue a Product or Service, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.

Authorization
You are engaging TOP10LIST, as an independent contractor to perform work as described in the service(s) you have purchased. To perform these tasks access to specified content is required for your directory listing. By purchasing a product or service via TOP10LIST you give the authorization to access and modify the directory pages.

Copyright Law
TOP10LIST takes no responsibility for your legal interests, therefore it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that information, logos and images comply with copyright laws and you have permission to publish or distribute the provided information.

Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall TOP10LIST be legally liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or other legal theory concerning the website, any services provided or purchased, for any lost profits or special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.

Support Requests
Support requests must be raised through the correct channels, and directly relate to your recently purchased TOP10LIST product(s) or service(s). Valid support request for purchase is within 30 days from payment and 7 days for a refund from the listing published date.

Listing updates
All updates are completed for free, within 7 days of published date, with priority given to franchise managers. We offer up to two hours of free support should there be any issues.

Listings kick-out
Listing owners must note that only for 30 days, starting from listing published date is protected from archiving. As soon as we have a confirmed order, for the same directory page, that is filled (7 default or 3 featured) we schedule the archiving and listing the new order as soon as the 30 days guarantee permits it.

Listings removal
Listing owners must note that archived or directory pages are removed automatically when a confirmed broken link is detected within that page. We double-check broken links from at least 3 different servers located at different geo-locations, throughout Europe. Tags, categories or subcategories orphaned by this removal will be deleted permanently also. Removed listing(s), tag(s), category(s) will NOT be restored. We allow relisting only if customers pay again their specific listing fee.

Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation of any Products and Services can occur at any time after your first 7 days (seven days) of payment. No refunds are available after your 7 day refund period unless otherwise specified in any authorised promotional materials and/or marketing campaigns.

Promotions & Advertising
Promotional offers for TOP10LIST or partners may be sent together with email reports. TOP10LIST also reserves the rights to display third party advertisements on the business directory. This directory might contain affiliate links to businesses we promote or promoted by our customers.

Pricing & payments
All prices appearing on this site are subject to change without notice. If pricing changes affect subscriptions or ongoing charges clients will be notified via their nominated email account with a minimum of 7 days notice. Services paid in advance will not be affected by any pricing adjustments and remain valid till paid timeline expires.

Service refusal
TOP10LIST reserves the right to refuse service to any website or individual. We do not accept websites that contain offensive, pornographic, hateful or malicious or illegal content. Unreasonable requests (other than our advertised services; other than a directory listing; but not limited to these examples) or language barriers are also void our liability.

UNIQUE prices
TOP10LIST reserves its right to create discounted, promotional, time-bound, special or unique price packages; other, then the standard products and services. These promotional offers are valid only for new customers. Ordering service(s) or product(s) with a recurrent payment, via a special promotion, allows securement of service/license providing, paid up-front for a longer period but limited to a maximum of 12 months per owner. Time-related promotions are always on GMT+2, EEST. Limited number promotions are subject to payment confirmations and availability is displayed real-time (server-to-server communication delay may occur). This means, that you can finish an order, go successfully through the checkout page, but fail at card processing, as the available number of promotions was sold out. We always honour paid confirmation orders, no matter the limited availability.

Business use of our Products and Services
If you are using our Products and Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify TOP10LIST and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Products and Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgements, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.

About these Terms
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Product or Service to. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modification dates to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Products and Services. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fifteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Product or Service; or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for our Products and Services, you should discontinue your use of those Products and Services. If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict. These terms control the relationship between TOP10LIST and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future). If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
